Gianna Martino was born September 8, 1999. She went home to be with
the Lord on January 30, 2004. Gianna was full of life, she was kind,
and she was a bundle of love. I thank God for her being in our life
and for all she imparted to us.
We endeavor to carry out the legacy of Gianna's life by giving life,
and sharing the unconditional and uncompromising love of God to
hurting children.
My son, Dominic Martino, was in the same car accident that took the
life of his sister. He lived—Glory to God. Following the accident,
Dominic spent 10 months in two local hospitals. In these hospitals
were many children who were not only hurting physically but also
emotionally. Many of these children had no family, or their family
did not adequately care for them. This was such a hard thing to see.
When I would look into the eyes of these children my heart would
break. I could see they needed someone to hold, love, and play with
them. I will never forget the faces of these children. They looked
like they were lost and could not find their way.
It may be hard for you to imagine, but many of these children lacked
the most basic need all humans have and that is to be loved. There
was no loving parent there to tell them how special they were and
how much they were loved. Instead they interacted only with medical
staff who did the best they could to bring joy to these children in
the midst of the many demands of their jobs.
I remember walking the halls of those hospitals praying for God's
love to be poured out on those precious children that are such a
beautiful gift from God.

God has laid it upon our hearts to start the "Gianna Martino
Outreach" to go and share the love of Jesus with these beautiful
children. We have started here in our local hospitals and have
teamed up with others to go to Mexico and minister to the children
there.

The vision of the "Gianna Martino Outreach" is to
take the Word of Life to these children as we minister to natural,
emotional, and spiritual needs.
We ask you to prayerfully consider sowing seed into
this ministry that will go into area hospitals and accompany teams
on short term mission trips to other nations with a focus on
ministering to children. Through your support we will be able to
share the gospel with these children and introduce them to a loving
Heavenly Father and His Son who died to give them life eternal. We
will provide these children with Bibles, age appropriate Christian
literature and toys.
We have seen God move in indescribable ways. I
cannot explain how great the feeling is to be a vessel of God’s love
to these children. Along with your help we have been able to build
baskets that brought life, hope, and fun to these precious children
and their families.

We are asking for financial support that will enable us to provide
practical needs, toys, and Christian literature for each and every
needy child that God is calling us to reach with His love. Together
we can make a difference. If you cannot go, you can send us, and as
we partner together lives will be changed.
You can help carry on the legacy of Gianna Martino
by becoming a monthly partner or by giving a one-time gift. No gift
is too small or too large. Pray about committing a monthly gift for
12 months which will enable us to plan better and be more effective
in accomplishing our mission. We ask you to seek God as to how much
He would have you to give.
